Dr. Landrau-Febres is an excellent Doctor. She is caring and listens to her patients. She is very detailed in her care, She takes time to listen to my concerns as her patient. She is an EXCELLENT doctor. BUT I CAN N OT SAY THE SAME FOR THE REFRRAL TEAM. I WAS GIVEN A REFERRAL BY THE DOCTOR ON MAY 12 2025, AND TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 5, 2025 AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE SPECIALIST, AS THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE DOCTOR'S 0FFICE NEEDS TO SEND THEM MORE INFO. She refused to see me. Even though I had an appointment, just because I’m pregnant. It was an emergency and I had the ER documents asking me to see a doctor ASAP

My one and only complaint is the wait time. My appointment was at 10:15. It’s 12:15 and I still haven’t seen anyone this is kind of ridiculous. Staff is nice to me. Update 12:45 still waiting on papers so I can leave
