We had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Tholany and would strongly caution other parents to think carefully before choosing this practice. We brought in what was otherwise a happy, feeding newborn baby, and the visit escalated in a way that felt unnecessary and poorly managed. Two separate nurses took temperature readings, but Dr. Tholany did not appear to personally conduct a meaningful clinical assessment—there was limited evaluation of temperament, feeding, hydration status, or a thorough review of other vitals.... read more
