Units were small in our viewing, leasing agent barely responsive mostly looking at his phone and acted non-chalant about us finding dead cockroaches in the unit during the viewing!!

This place filled with insects anyone that lives in the basement I feel rlly bad for u especially in summer killed more than 10 spider just me not including my parent or anything over 20 cockroach and killed other small insects and I been living in the basement for over a year and 2 months now. Also way too many people smoke in this apartment, honestly the only good thing about this place is that there's bus stops near u.

This place has roaches. They do sprays that don't work for it. So get used to not having your pots and pans in your cupboards. Good luck trying to break your lease as well also the building manager will.let himself on to you suite while your away I guess they don't know what apartment is rented out who's here and who's gone.

Place is great close to bus stops and other amenities. Ground around are littered with cigarette butts. Place is quite and comfortable. Some of the work in the suites are not up to par. Grouting is comming up on the floor tiles and bathroom. Little improvements will bring up the rating to 5.
