Maryann Howard is an exceptional person and mortgage broker. She listened to us and kept us calm and focused throughout the entire process. She even took time for our son (a year later) when he was looking to buy a house (in another state) in order to make sure what he was going through was reasonable. When it came time to refinance there was no one else we would have considered. We were not disappointed. Everything went great and we ended up with a better rate than we even expected. Thank you!!!
