So, I applied for a home equity loan and was pre approved and they inform me that I will be getting a call from the appraiser. Well 4 or 5 days later he finally calls and we schedule a time. Which, okay he could just be really busy. He comes out and I also did some quick searches to see what some values are and give him that info.
