I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. My first visit with Dr Colenda went well. She listened as I explained my 3 year old son's medical issues as recommended some blood work. I took my son to the lab and went back to see Dr. Colenda to see the test results. She read them to me, prescribed an allergy medication and that was the extend of her medical care. I was very dissappointed and took my son for a second opinion. The second doctor questioned the testing that was done and recommended a different set of tests, to be certain of the results.
