Dr. Fakhrai was unprofessional and made me feel dismissed and unheard. I was initially assigned to Dr. Fakhrai when I became pregnant, but I only saw her once during my pregnancy, at my 8-week appointment, where she was pleasant. I did not see her again for the remainder of my pregnancy. At 36 weeks, I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension and advised by another physician to plan for an induction at 37 weeks. During my pregnancy, I visited several doctors, but I ultimately chose her to be my primary doctor when I was six months along—and I'm so glad I did. She took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and really listened when I shared my fears about having a C-section and the possibility of passing out. From the very beginning, she was incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fakhrai She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the entire delivery process. My sister felt so well cared for. Her calming demeanor made a big difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that both my sister and our family were comfortable and informed.
