I've been requesting my record of visits I had with her for over a year due to a legal matter, and she has refused to give me that information. She doesn't answer my calls, and if she does, she hangs up. I don't recommend her. During the visits I had, she was on her cell phone more than in the consultation room.

Dr. Ponce is very unprofessional, she canceled our appointments over 4 times. I’ve been calling her and she does not answer , I’ve sent her text messages and I get left on read. The 2 appointments we did have she was late.
