The doctors are good, but the staff sucks. They never answer their phone calls. And every time you try to call, it hangs up on you, they don't do their jobs. And then they keep losing your information and the other staff members just kind of treat you like crap.The only good thing about this place is the doctors, but they need new staff members immediately, because this is just ridiculous and they need to have someone answering the phone calls. Not to mention when I walk in its a empty every time.
Would leave no stars if possible. Never have I ever had to confirm an appointment the day before otherwise risk being cancelled.
The doctor/nurse practitioner is very good, but the staff that supports him are horrible. They would not pick up my calls or even call me back for more than 6 months. I thought maybe they were just busy but one day when I was in town I called 2hrs before, an hour before, 30 mins before and then right before I walked in the door. They didn't answer once and when I went in it was a ghost town. No patients at all and the staff were just messing around on their cell phones. Jamas volvería a ir a este lugar,la enfermera patrik caldwell muy grosera y no me atendio a lo q necesitaba, nadie me puede obligar a tener un método de planificación que no me hace bien, sin embargo no me lo retiro comento que estaban caros como si ella los pagará pesimismo servio, lastima que tenga que dar una estrella para poder dar una referencia si no les gusta su trabajo salganse y listo!
