If I could give zero stars, I would. This place caused me severe complications, and they’ve refused to take accountability. I experienced several issues after surgery, and despite reaching out, they were unable or unwilling to help. Now, 9 months post-op, I still can’t eat properly for days at a time or eat without throwing up or being nauseous. Constantly dehydrated and deficient in many things. They claim to treat patients like family and pride themselves on their care, but that couldn’t be further from my experience.
Mary Washington Weight Loss Clinic is the most Amazing Office of Professional. From the Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Professional Staff. They are the most helpful and caring group of folks you could have the pleasure of helping you in your weight loss journey. I would not only recommend them to everyone but would only ever use them solely.
I have tried all my life to loose weight without much luck. I went to Mary Washington Weight Loss clinic for a consultation, what I walked away was a family who have been there for me 100%! Very disappointed in Dr Halmi and his team. It's been over 6 months trying to get weight loss medication. I'm the one to contact my insurance, they tells me which medication they will cover. I call the office and speak with them. They tell me they will pass it on to Dr. Halmi, so he can write the prescription. Seventeen days later I'm waiting to hear from my pharmacy. I have recently completed the 6 month program for nonsurgical weight loss and am continuing to see Dr. Maya while I work towards my goal weight. I can confidently say that every interaction I've had throughout the process has been helpful and supportive. Every appointment allowed time to ask questions as well as discuss challenges and recommendations for how to overcome them.
