I never provide reviews but this is the most inept organization I have ever dealt with. Tried to schedule an appointment and they kept asking for different information. Gave up after weeks dealing with them and will find a competent medical practice

These people are complacent in the death of my father. Prior to receiving treatment at this facility for kidney stones, my father was able to move and care for himself. He began treatment and immediately began complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath after the 1st procedure. He came home and could barely get out of bed again. For 2 months he was treated here and complained multiple times of chest pains and shortness of breath. Sometimes severe. He was blown off. Dr Finney is professional and pleasant. My mom is comfortable with her care plan. The facility is bright and comfortable, and appointments run on time.

I had to go to the ER due to Hematuria. Right before leaving they said they put in a referral to urology to get me an appointment. When I called, the woman on the phone says the only openings are in October. And refused to schedule any appointment sooner until I got a referral from my primary care physician. I don't have one, but I'll tell you what I do have. A referral from the ER telling you I need an appointment because I'm pissing blood. Who ever came up with that policy NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
