Dr Finney is professional and pleasant. My mom is comfortable with her care plan. The facility is bright and comfortable, and appointments run on time.

I had to go to the ER due to Hematuria. Right before leaving they said they put in a referral to urology to get me an appointment. When I called, the woman on the phone says the only openings are in October. And refused to schedule any appointment sooner until I got a referral from my primary care physician. I don't have one, but I'll tell you what I do have. A referral from the ER telling you I need an appointment because I'm pissing blood. Who ever came up with that policy NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I was so aggravated because I had been bounced around to so many people to make an appointment. And then I found Maddison!!! She took care of everything for me! She was so sweet and kind and made me at ease because she said she could hear in my voice how upset I was! THANK YOU MADDISON!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!! She deserves a RAISE!!!!! We definitely need more Maddison’s in the world!!!!!

I called to reschedule my upcoming appointment, and I was connected to Madison in scheduling. She was so professional, cheerful, assisted me in my options, was concerned about me making sure that I got the best appointment for my schedule. I felt important and that Madison was concerned about my needs. She was awesome and I'm so glad that I was connected with her. Go literally anywhere else! When trying to make an appointment with this office—at which I have been seen MULTIPLE times and which has performed several surgeries—I was given an appointment time over two months out, with the assurance that I was on a wait list should someone else cancel. I received a notification that a wait list spot had come up, and I confirmed via MyChart only to receive a call that the appointment was canceled because “it shouldn’t have been offered” to me.
