Do not go to this place. Even with an appointment they don't care. You sign in on a kiosk and then sit there until whenever, 20, 30, 40, 60 minutes after your appointment, not a walk in, an appointment. You can even try to get a persons attention who is behind the glass doors because you can see them and they can see you (if they aren't on their phones mind you) but it won't work. They were fast, kind, and very helpful.
This place is USELESS! My husband & I both have been in there on 2 ocassions & both times someone comes out & asks what is going on with us before we even check in . Then they ALWAYS tell us they CAN'T provide help for us. She told me they don't offer IV fluids if you are dehydrated. They don't have anyone waiting cause they usser you right out the door as soon as you walk in! We Will NOT return! People go to Patient First , they treat you like family there & care about their patients! Very POOR customer service at this plac... read more
The wait times are ridiculous... I had 1 person waiting in front of me... only 2 cars in the front lot.. I waited an hour and ended up leaving without being seen. I went to Nextcare up the road and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will never waste my time trying to go here again.
Not very pleasant upon greeting...I guess they're not morning people. I'll pass today.
