I wasted two hours here sitting in the lobby just for my name to be called up. I get called up and the doctor does not even talk to me, he sends the nurse to tell me we can’t see you for that here. Why would you have an option to put what you are here to be seen for if you are not going to read it and let me know prior to wasting two hours here? i am here for about one hour and there is no patient when i ask they say we are in meetings so why people come for urgent care coz people need
Would be really helpful if they would extend the weekend hours at least to the same times as weekdays. Closing at 4 on weekends does nobody any good. This is the most pointless urgent care on 17. They might as well not even be there
