I didn’t even make an appointment. The scheduler/reception on the phone was just kind of rude, and neither you or I need that in life. Just go somewhere else, even if it’s less convenient, it’s worth it to not interact with negatively charged people.
Awesome staff
At first, I was nervous to come here because of the bad reviews, but everything the reviews say they experienced at this facility was virtually the exact opposite experience I had. The front desk staff was very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt welcome there. I had absolutely zero issues with insurance/billing (I have Aetna.) I think the issues other people had here were probably with their insurance companies themselves when it comes to billing/coverage.
