My last three appointments have started over an hour late each time. Doctor is very rushed and has openly expressed to me that they are overbooking them. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
When my two year old came down with something out of the blue, I was able to walk in and be seen immediately. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes and received amazing care. A stressful morning quickly turned into a very positive experience. Thank you, MWHC!
My appointment was at 3:15 and I did not get taken back by the medical assistant until 3:45pm and after vitals were taken I had to wait for my provider in the exam room until 4:45pm, which the practice closes at 4:30pm. I did not leave my appointment until 5:05pm. There were signs in the room stating that appointments should be 15 minutes. In this tiny building there's five providers and when you have an appointment you have to wait hours pass your appointment so they can find empty room
