If I could give zero stars, I would. They never answer their phone. I’ve called back-to-back all day (avoiding lunch hours), and still no answer. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m now switching to a different doctor’s office. What’s the point of having a primary care provider if I can’t even reach them to make an appointment? I’m especially disappointed because there are always several staff members at the front desk. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. A year ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS by Renna Clark, NP. It came as a complete shock—I’ve always been healthy and didn’t even know what PCOS was. I have been going there for 3 months and Dr. Adenie is the best. She is very caring and helpful. I'm 1 month post op and I'm getting much better I thank her for be so patient with me and help me with my situation. I know it will make my life much better!!
