I called at the beginning of June and told the woman that my husband needed to get a physical for his job, and that he would be a new patient. He wanted to see a male Dr, so we were scheduled out for 6 weeks and my husbands appt was today. Mind you, we don’t live in stafford and we both had to rearrange our work schedules to be there today. His appt was at 3:15 and we arrive at 3PM. Upon check in, we are told that his appt today was to “establish care” with this Dr and his physical would be done at his next scheduled appt. Waste of time trying to see a provider who doesn't care to see patients. I had an appointment booked for months. I was sent new patient paperwork and filled it out. I even received appointment reminder call for an entire week prior to my appointment. 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call that I needed to reschedule because they don't do new patient appointments in the afternoon. Canceled my appointment and will be finding a provider who wants to actually do their job instead of wasting people's time.
I'll start off by saying that I don't write a lot of reviews; I only write reviews when I'm deeply moved (either positively or negatively) by service or a product. As you can tell by the one star, this isn't a positive review. I needed a PCP and went with Dr. Elbrolosy, as he had the earliest available appointment. I was looking to get a referral to a rheum to investigate some ongoing symptoms that were effecting my QOL (I had suspected EDS and maybe POTS). He wasn't bad, but he wasn't great.
