It’s been 4 hours I’m trying to get connected with the office by phone, but nobody is answering!
The front desk personnel are A+, but behind them is a typical medical facility that seems unable to execute on the simplest of things..... After being a patient there for over 10 years I cannot get them to take 5 min out to provide a prescription for Paxil, something that i have had to battle them every time over that past 10 years. Run. Appointment runs 2 hours late. Orders test with contrast for people allergic without providing medication to make it safe. Does not respond to messages! You get an attitude if you go in person to complain or ask for necessary medication. RUN!
0 Zero stars I thought you was supposed to ask your doctor questions. Thats what AARP Insurance says. In fact AARP says you should write down questions prior to going. Like as soon as think of question write it down so not to forget to ask when you see your doctor. But NO. Dr. Matthew Madujibeya said he had no time for anything else. Patients have 15minutes, that's it. Not even after I practiced all week on how to say his last name "Dr. Madujibeya".
