Call center lady for Stafford Va location is very rude. I didint even get past the first 60 seconds of speaking with her . Nope I will keep trying until I find a neurologist!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I waited 8 months for an appointment only for them to cancel my appointment a month before I was scheduled to come on because they said I didn't have a updated referral. Tried getting back on the schedule because my PCP did give me a referral and I was a patient in Fredericksburg but my previous Neuro Dr.Erwin retired. These people are the worst! If You can give up to five stars You should be able to give zero stars. I wonder why MyChart seems to work with all of my other medical needs except for neurology. I confirm my appointment they cancel my appointment. I think someone who drove from Washington DC, to Stafford to make their appointment probably don't want to hear about your problems with staffing. I continue to use this practice because I don't have many options in the area. I had one doctor who said she was completing paper work and never submitted it. It is no where to be found and now she has left the practice. Their bed side manner leaves you feeling unheard, disregarded and irrelevent. I understand doctors become desensitized but this is on another level.
So far no good. My daughter sustained a brain injury back in September, she was released from TBI rehab in late October and we have since been trying to get into a follow up appointment with Dr. Soni. After several attempts to reach a scheduling person in the office, we were finally able to make an appointment in November, but they said wouldn’t see her until January 29th.
