words cant describe how useless and incompetent neurology is here. Dead serious told me to go somewhere more equipped, Then cancelled my followup to get a mri where i actually needed it. Now ive permanent damage that couldve easily been avoided. Useless placeholders.
If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t bother with this place for either location. They make it absolutely impossible to schedule it’s like they don’t need/want patients. The unhelpfulness and nonchalantness of the scheduling team is a culture that almost seems like they pay us to see them and not the other way around. I’ve had my documents faxed over four times to them and it’s taken of a month for someone to finally see them. They have to receive it before you can schedule. I sincerely hope they shut down Mary Washington all together. They have absolutely no respect for the patients nor their employees. No wonder they are all miserable.
Called several times and left several messages awaiting call back..
I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment but the referral that they require is never good enough. I gave up and I'm going to try and find another Neurologist.
