I have taken my son 2x in the last couple months to see Dr. Erwin. We felt welcomed from the time we walked in as a new patient and our last same day sick visit. The staff and Dr. Erwin are friendly, kind and supportive.
What a terrible service to call to have an appointment for my son who has been sick and want to follow up with them and tell me that they don't have any appointment available and call on Wednesday today is Friday and I have no answers from them I called today and they say there is nothing it's a terrible service why if I call it's because I need them if not I won't call
My daughter has been a patient since birth. All of my initial experiences until the last 4 years were great. The most recent frustrating experince being TODAY!! Every appointment i have attempted to schedule for the last 2 years was met with the same response. We can't see her , it would be faster to just take her to urgent care. Which I did, to only be told today, she hasn't been seen in 3 years so we consider her a new patient. So they offered me a October appointment and suggested urgent care.
