Sad to hear that ms debra is no longer in the practice! We loved coming there just to see her! She has always went above and beyond for my children to assure they got the care they have needed, she would even check on them outside of hours to assure they was doing ok, one of the best nurses this place had! I can honestly say you bring your children in and she was their nurse she would care for them as her own ! She was simply amazing !
Sad to hear ms.debra is no longer with the practice!She was very patient and listened to all concerns, always acted in the most professionalism possible, she was such a great nurse to my great grandchildren and would assure they got the care needed! She not only address the patient but she address family concerns ! She goes above and beyond what is required for all her patients !
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Went in and told them what was happening with my daughter (raspy cough, high fever, weak, not eating or drinking). I told her that i did an at home test of influenza A, influenza B & Covid and they all came back negative and she took that and ran with it and said nothing was wrong. She diagnosed my daughter with croup without even running 1 test. My husband and I had a gut instinct to bring her to the er, they did ONE test. Rsv. It came back POSITIVE. Dr. Erwin is the best!! He took his time with my son. He explained everything clearly so that I understood everything. Really recommend him.
My daughter has been a patient here her entire life (10+ years) and this practice has been amazing. This week we needed immediate care for an urgent matter and the level of customer service we received from KAYLA was exceptional! Thank you very much for your kindness, patience and care
