Constantly overbooked, inconsistent prescribing between physicians, can't ever get appointments. We were sent back to the ER just to have three simple stitches removed. My infant had phneumonia for three months before they doubled up on her anti-biotic which I learned later had been the accepted recommendation for over a year. There are not many providers that take Tricare Prime for pediatrics who are accepting patients in this area so options are not limitless. That being said, I would go elsewhere if I could. It's difficult getting an appointment, the nursing staff and reception staff are typically unpleasant (possibly due to being overworked??), and they keep bringing us back for nuisance visits to find reasons to bill insurance instead of just providing excellent care all at once. Love Dr. Erwin! we highly recommend him. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because of their same day appointment policy. i called right at 8am when they open and when they answered they said they were already booked for the day? i’ve also called many other times for different sick visits on different days and it’s very hard to get an appointment here sometimes.
