Surgery went very well for my daughter to have her tonsils removed back on June 25th. But I would like to make a formal complaint about how they handled the parent situation. The nurse came out and said there wasn’t enough room for two parents even though every other child had both parents. They picked mom in my situation in which I couldn’t come back and be with my daughter as they prepared her for surgery. She would have liked to have had her dad and I wanted to be back there. Dr. Aparna Kolli, MD, FACS is absolutely amazing. She has been a blessing, her care and understanding has helped me recover and heal quickly. She always has time to explain and listen to my concerns. I also must say thank you as well to the other Doctors who have been just as kind, Sarah, Matthew, Telda and a couple others that I can’t remember their names. I appreciate everything they did to help during my hospital stay and now during my recovery.
I honestly want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to this awesome staff!!! Dr. Wright is amazing to have!! Such a blessing and the staff I had my surgery with!!! Thank you!!!
Dr. Yanoff and his staff did a phenomenal job with my Dads pre-surgery, surgery and post-surgical care. I would highly recommend him and his team.
