Recently had surgery at Stafford, an outpatient procedure, and the experience was great. From the waiting room where my wife could see the stage where i was in surgery to the staff, it was a very positive experience. The staff made us feel comfortable, shout out to Rita, Stuart and Charles. And of course a big shout out to my surgeon, Dr. Schlafer! Dr. Schlafer’s personality and approach let me know i was in good hands.
Dr. Schlafer is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Really great bedside manner, relatable, and helpful. Not pushing surgery just because he’s a surgeon - definitely supportive or exploring all options.
My grandma went here and she feels like they listened to her and had good communication. But I don’t really know how they are in terms of medical stuff cause all they did was talk.
