I was walking by to get some bloodwork done and could overhear some lady, Dan-yall, I think her name was, hollerin' about getting her meds refilled on the spot in the internal medicine office. Needless to say, it's a building over and a floor up, so lady was definitely causing some sorta ruckus. Kids these days don't know how to adult and take their meds? Refill before ya run out? BEWARE!! I would not recommend this practice. I scheduled what I believed was an annual wellness exam to establish care with a new primary care physician. During the appointment, the doctor asked me questions about my health history and lifestyle, and I answered honestly. Based on my answers, she made recommendations for my care. Weeks later, I received a bill because the visit had been coded as something other than an annual preventive exam. My insurance denied coverage for that reason. Dr Wagstaff was so down to earth and very personal in her interactions with me, explaining every medical in understandable language. The receptionist and all the staff were very helpful and professional in their work. Many thanks to them for making me feel at ease.
