Their service is fair. I went in because of heart attack due to stress in my life. Just about every service was good except the night nurse, who was rather odd and rude 'I bet you don't know I'm being rude to you,' and the abusive nurse who took my blood. She stuck the needle in my arm and then raised it UP. It hurt like hell and I saw the skin raise up. I asked her what she's doing and she said she's searching for a vain. She's obviously insane because if your a RN, or nurse of any kind, and you have to 'search for a vain' ... read more

This rating is all related ONLY to the office side. Surgery side wonderful, very professional in every way. Good luck getting phone calls returned as well as office manager to respond. They are very quick to take your money not so to return it. According to customer reps they are told to tell you it can take 4 to 6 weeks a bit much. As of the date this was written I still haven't received refund nor does it sound like it is correct amount. Wait and see :/
I really only see Dr Voss for a yearly physical. Whenever I do she does not submit to the insurance as a physical just so she can get more money. She will ask you questions then bill it according to something good you may have asked her or talked about. I have a history of headaches I see a neurologist but I have to tell her the medicines I am on. She did not even know any of the meds. Well she billed my physical as a headache apt. I love this office. The ladies there have been nothing but kind to me and willing to see anytime I call. I am not a person that calls a dr regularly and finally broke down at 47 and realized I need a PCP at 47. Dr campbell was a recommendation from a co- worker. I was hesitant due to the bad reviews online. But I found them very kind to any issue I had and dr campbell spent extra time to just listen to me. Highly recommend her to my co- workers
I was very disappointed with Medical Arts Pharmacy. They sold me the wrong medication and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead, they blamed me for not catching it. If I had not looked at the label and had taken the medication thinking it was the one I was prescribed, it could have put me in the hospital or worse. They have lost my business forever. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that participate with my insurance I can go to.
My son has been a patient since 2009. EVERY time I called for an appointment for him, they had no openings!! We always end up having to take him to the ER or urgent care! We are NO longer patients!
I would highly recomend Reese Medical Associates. The staff is so patient and nice. Even when they are busy they take the time to be concerned with me as an individual. I have seen several doctors over the past couple of years and each has take time with me to listen to all my problems. It is nice to experience this in this day and age.
