The people are great and the level of health care is very good. They get you in and out quickly with quality care.
What’s with the insistence on trying to prescribe people weight loss drugs when they say they’re exercising and dieting? Please also get a new phlebotomist, she acts like she doesn’t want to be there.
New Patient visit. Dr. Mary Adams was very professional and patient. She took time to listen to all my concerns, gave great suggestions before we agreed on care and medication. Front Office Staff is very friendly and efficient. The facility is very clean and organized. Thank you for the wonderful care.
We are patients at their clinic, but whenever we ask for an appointment, they schedule it for the following two week. When we call, they keep us on hold for 20 minutes, and then put us on hold again for even longer.
I usually have good experience here but there’s a young man that answers the phone for appointments and is the rudest person for no reason when you ask questions. Health is life. Why are you so mean? Totally upsetting. May find healthcare services elsewhere since most appointments cannot be booked online and I don’t live nearby and I do not want to deal with this young man
