Zero communication. My sister has type one diabetes. Homecare deliver reached out to this office four times for them to send over my sisters medical records and LMN in order to refill her presciption. My sister has called twice and emailed through Mychart with no response as well. This is a life threatening condition. It is absolutely ridiculous that for over a month they have not answered or returned a phone call. They do not care about patients needs or lives at all. I will be escalating this matter. Used to be a great office, now it's the worst I've ever delt with in my 30 years as a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. I needed supplies for my insulin pump. Home Care Delivered called me 5 times telling me my Dr office wasn't sending the correct paperwork. It took 40 DAYS for them to do so. While they were taking their sweet time, I ran out of pump supplies. I had no choice, but to take the emergency insulin I had in my fridge. It expired more than 2 years ago (October 31, 2024). I used to see Dr. Manchireddy (who was amazing) before she left this practice, which if I recall correctly was in July of 2024. I have been calling this office and leaving messages since then to try to get scheduled. A YEAR AND A HALF WITH NO RETURNED CALLS. How absolutely bananas is that! Thank God my levels have been stable and my PCP is able to fill my prescription for me because this office could care less. Honestly not sure how they’re still open. I am looking for a good endocrinologist for thyroid issues, but honestly, I am scared away by the many negative reviews. Management should take notice of the negative reviews about the receptionists and other office personnel and take drastic corrective measures, those employees are damaging your business! I suggest recording the front desk phone calls to understand first hand how your receptionists treat YOUR clients, and yes, that is legal.
