I am looking for a good endocrinologist for thyroid issues, but honestly, I am scared away by the many negative reviews. Management should take notice of the negative reviews about the receptionists and other office personnel and take drastic corrective measures, those employees are damaging your business! I suggest recording the front desk phone calls to understand first hand how your receptionists treat YOUR clients, and yes, that is legal. If you are a diabetic in the Fredericksburg or Stafford area, you may want to look for a Healthcare provider in another city/town. MWHC can't seem to keep their endocrinologist longer than 6 months and this affects patients. One month you have 1 doctor, the next another and that is if you're lucky to get an appointment in the first place. MWHC is a joke when it comes to Endocrinology. Don't waste your time/money here

When we moved to the area, I commuted over an hour to my previous doctor. This was no longer sustainable and my doctor moved even farther away. My husband tried for two weeks to get me an appointment with this practice. The first call they refused to make an appointment saying they required a referral even though our insurance doesn't. They demanded we get the referral from the previous doctor. That office said no (not this practices fault). Then they said we should pay money just to get a referral from Urgent Care. Rude, unorganized, understaffed. Really unfortunate, since Dr. Manchireddy left it has been mixed messages on test results and dosages and no call backs, and after a year and half no permanent replacement doctor to take her patients. I’ve been trying for two months to make an appointment, no call backs for messages and very long hold times if you can get through.
