Although I walked on at 9:30 for a 9:15 appointment The front office clerk and manager for Dr. Parab stated that I was either a few seconds to 1 minute late beyond the grace period and therefore I could not be seen. After reading several reviews, I didn't doubt experiencing similar scenes. I wonder how a hospital is having such service treatments to clients. I tried to get appointment today but accordingly, they are fully booked. You have insurance but is useless because you cannot get service which means, you just keep paying. You have to wait for five to six months or even longer that it seems to me they don't want to provide service. What's their use? Terrible.

I tried to schedule an urgent ER follow up, but no one was answering the phone. After several attempts, I contacted the Fredericksburg office, and even they couldn’t get anyone to respond. When I finally reached someone the staff was dismissive, cold, and offered an appointment months away despite the ER stating I needed immediate treatment. If scheduling an appointment is this difficult and unpleasant, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to be an actual patient there. Very disappointing experience.

10/10 do not recommend. I’ve been seeing Dr. Asfaw for the last few months. He ran a couple tests but still won’t answer some of my questions. He focused on my BMI (slightly overweight) and thinks I have sleep apnea. He refuses to look at the whole picture and all of my symptoms. It’s like he thinks it’s two things and not looking at the big picture here. I am a very active person and have never been talked to the way I was today.
