Mary Tosca is an amazing realtor! Where to start... She is personable, extremely responsive, super knowledgeable, and follows through with what she says she is going to do. Working with Mary was the best experience we had. Previously, we worked with two realtors who could not sell our house. We were very lucky meeting Mary. The house is sold now! We were remote sellers and we received extra attention. Mary looked through every inch of our house and let us know what should have been addressed and what not.
