Mary Tatum is the only realtor you need in Colorado Springs. She is conscientious, detail oriented, well prepared, and knows her region incredibly well. Beyond her local knowledge, Mary Tatum has a real talent for staging and presenting homes to their absolute best. She has helped me purchase 2 properties, the first was done by video tour and electronic documentation, and this was a good 3 years before covid.
