Just came home from having my mammogram at this center. It was my first time there and everyone and everything was good. No wait time, registration was fast, and the technician was kind and gentle. Thank you to everyone.
Ughhh what a disorganized, sloppy and rude place. Went in 15 minutes early for my appointment..had to say heyyyy I'm gonna be late and Ive been sitting here checked in ....then about 6 other women came AFTER me ...couldn't believe it, in the next room where you have to wait, they all went before me ... I also asked the front desk clerk about my next appt the next day how much I would be responsible for ..she said oh we can't tell you that till you come in for the appointment....what !!??? This is my first time here and my appointment was at 10:15, I was on time, I have been called back to change my top and placed into another waiting room and an hour has past since the time of my appointment. I’ve very frustrated, I brought both my parents here to help watch my child. I’m actually appalled at having to wait over an hour to be seen even though I have an appointment and arrived on time. This is poor management by staff.
Mom and cousin died from breast cancer, I have cysts so I am lumpy and in pain all the time. I told the woman who did my mammogram, she did not care I had it 2 weeks ago and in so much pain STILL. I am not going back there I am very disappointed the ladies in front are wonderful, I will drive 45 mins to my old place they care!
Have been going to Mary T. Sachs center for years, always had a good experience. Today I was in and out in less then fifteen minutes. The entire staff is kind and professional. To make matters even better, within two hours on the app my results were posted. Amazing experience and staff......
