We love her, no nonsense, straight answers, and good suggestions. She is from our areas up North so knows our cultural backgrounds.
She has provided my primary care for years and was awesome until the past few years. Now she dismisses my concerns and jumps down my throat for daring to ask a question. I know that COVID is taking a toll on healthcare providers, but I have a right to ask questions and understand my test results, etc. I can no longer recommend her to anyone.

The paperwork process is insane. Never seen that much paperwork to see a doctor or any other medical professional. They apparently pick and choose patients based on who they want - not who needs actual medical care. While the doctor was nice she was rushed and had one foot out the door for the next patient. The office staff was atrocious and rude. Seem to be bothered by simple questions. Top it off with a less than ideal location.
I don't know what I would do without her. She has nailed every ailment I have developed. She's a straight talker that tells it like it is. Not like a lot of doctors that sugar coat things. I want straight answers when I go to her and she gives them. Honest, on the ball with filling prescriptions and follow ups
