Mary Stevens is very rude unprofessional after my appointment has been rescheduled from last month to today October 5th 2020 I had to use the restroom stepped out of the room for less than 5 minutes I come back she greets me in the hallway on Mary Stevens you have to reschedule your appointment because your block was from 9:00 to 9:30 and besides I'm not listed on your insurance so I can't see you anyway I arrived for my appointment at 9:07 it is now 9:55 due to their policies me sitting in the hallway waiting to be checked ... read more
They do not care about their patients. My sister-in-law called on a Monday with pain, fever and a rash. Left a message. Tuesday evening she missed their return call. Finally Thursday they returned her call needing more info. She was then told Friday it “sounded” like cellulitis. To continue taking the antibiotics she was given when she went to urgent care. Cellulitis is a potentially life threatening bacteria!!! They didn’t even have her come in.
