Mary went above and beyond to help us sell my 91 year old mother’s house during the Covid pandemic. Mary is without a doubt professional, but beyond that she is is a friend. Her advice from start to finish was extremely helpful in preparing the house to be shown all the way to getting it sold. She went over paperwork painstakingly with us and made sure everything was in order so we were in and out with the title company. I would not hesitate to recommend Mary as a realtor in the Albuquerque area.
Besides the fact that Mary is always happy and a delight to work with she always gets back to us and answers all questions. Mary made sure our garage was cleaned and paid to have some large trash removed. Not easy as we moved in May in the middle of Covid.
