Dr. Shapiro is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She cares about her patients, and takes the time to address any question or concern. Dr. Shapiro and her staff respond promptly on the portal, whether for a test evaluation, request for prescription refills, or general questions.
My experience w Dr Shapiro has been very positive. I may wait a little longer but she will take the time to attend your needs and concerns. She is very caring and empathetic and open about the best options for medical care. If I need to reach out to her, Dr Shapiro is quick to respond. Very helpful and easy to communicate. Highly recommend

My experience with the DR. Shapiro has been very positive. My opinion is that she cares about her patients. I have never felt rushed or not cared for. Dr Shapiro is extremely smart and wants to truly make your pain and health better. She does so much research to understand why someone is having the pain they have and to understand what the underlying causes may be. If she's having trouble finding a solution, she will refer to a specialist because she doesn't work by ego but but as a true healer. I trust her completely.
Dr. Shapiro is an amazing doctor!! She is very thorough, knowledgable, and gets to the bottom of the issue at hand. I have complete trust in her! I HIGHLY recommend her!
