She fixed a 15 year problem in ONE visit that I was gaslit about by other doctors for over a decade. She saved my babies life. Dr. Shapiro is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She cares about her patients, and takes the time to address any question or concern. Dr. Shapiro and her staff respond promptly on the portal, whether for a test evaluation, request for prescription refills, or general questions.
My experience w Dr Shapiro has been very positive. I may wait a little longer but she will take the time to attend your needs and concerns. She is very caring and empathetic and open about the best options for medical care. If I need to reach out to her, Dr Shapiro is quick to respond. Very helpful and easy to communicate. Highly recommend
