I don’t recommend this office — The dentist is fine but nothing extraordinary. Their cancellation policy is not standard and not reasonable. I gave full 24 hour notice to cancel my daughter’s recent appointment because my husband had covid—I was charged $75! The guidance keeps changing for covid and this is the first time our family got it and I did my best to figure it out while managing two children and taking care of my quarantined husband. Dr. Shannon is just amazing! My three children and I saw her twice a year for 12 years. She is always friendly and knows exactly how to make kids feel comfortable. My kids get very excited when it is time to go to the dentist. I learned a lot how to take care of my kids' teeth. Also her office is very clean and pleasant. I strongly recommend her! She is awesome.
We love Dr. Shannon she is a wonderful caring dentist. Both my kids has been going to her since they where 5 and they are not 16 and 12. She has a wonderful staff and clean office. She is located in Santa Monica. My son has Autism and since the beginning since my son was 5 she has been very careful in working with him. Now that my son is 12 yrs old he is so comfortatble with Dr. Shannon he just walks into the office and into her chair. There are also TV for him to watch in the office too and he just loves it. Dr. Mary Shannon has a great demeanor and is fantastic with my two children. She takes time to make them comfortable and explains what she is doing so they are very comfortable going to the dentist. The office staff is also very personable and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon.
