I would like to send an email to Dr. Schraufnagel but can't use the Chicago Health Medical Group website without booking an appt. which I don't need. I have two questions for Dr. Schraufnagel. The first is that my cardiologist has left his practice and I would like her to recommend another one. The second is that I need a refill for Amoxocillin for a sinus infection that I will get 3 days coming off an 8 hour flight as happens every year.
