I came in and was greeted warmly, given tons of info, staff was super caring and really knew their animals well, I wasnt expecting to come home with who I thought I was but in the end my heart was set on Lychee, she was shy when she first got home but despite being in a new environment she warmed up within the hour. Her new spot to sleep is right on my head or nuzzled in my hair, I half expected her to hide under my bed for at least a few hours before showing that sweet face. I absolutely love her!

On the Riverside Lost and Found pets page, a lady had found a cat, obviously suffering and sick. She tried vets but they didn't want to euthanize because she was not the owner. She went to you guys. You knew this cat, knew it was in end stages of renal failure, you told her that. Yet you would not euthanize this suffering cat because you subscribe to the morbid no kill philosophy. I got the best dog that I could possibly get his name is Billy. I just got him today and here are some pictures of him in his new home being well taken care of. This is his forever home. I want to thank the people for taking good care of him until I came along. He’s good now guys thank you . Lori

Absolutely loved the environment here! Greeted as soon as we walked in, very clean and comfy!! Every employee had an amazing attitude and excitement to work here and answered all of our silly questions and all were so attentive to our needs! Thank you again!
