Good therapist for the start of my journey. She helped me acknowledge I didn't deserve some of the traumatic things that happened to me and helped me understand there is no shame in having mental health issues. She did emdr with me and it had no effects and I cannot find a certification credential. I later did emdr with another therapist and it was much different and I got results.
