Made an appointment for two manicures at 6:15 24 hours prior to appointment. Got to the appointment on time. Was given no indication that we would have to wait. Tbh We were barely acknowledged. 15 minutes go by and we still haven’t been talked to or given any sort of timetable. There doesn’t seem to be anyone that is going to be available and three people are there for appointments. There is no reason that we should not have been talked to or seen by this time so we left. The best manicure I've ever had. Beautiful even on my older hands! Mary is delightful and all of her technicians do lovely work. I wish I lived in Chicago so I could visit this salon more often but I make a point to get my nails done here every chance I get.
I’ve been coming here for months and always left with beautiful nails! I’ve done no chip/gel and am happy with the experience I’ve received through the numerous times I’ve gone. Most recently, I went for my wedding nails and Vivian did a stellar job doing a French manicure! Vivian was very sweet and friendly and it was one of my most enjoyable experiences here. When I returned 3 weeks later she asked how my wedding was! Very happy with Mary’s Hot Nails
First time here today and I love my nails so much! Mai did such an amazing job! Had a great conversation with Mary and everyone is really nice. I will definitely be back!
