Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you now how I felt about my resent experience with your office. After 3 appointments, time taken off work to make them and arrangements made to my work schedule, you canceled my appointment 40 minutes before my surgery. Yes your staff said you were called away for a trauma, but at the consultation I should have been informed the appointment could be cancelled if you were to be called away. very disappointed in the service !!!
