First of all this time it was a complete disaster! I didn’t even know I had an appointment until I called to get my results. No one answered so I of course left a message stating I wanted my results, I had missed the phone called from the nurse after I left a message and she left me one telling me we will discuss it at ur appointment, an appointment that I was NOT aware of, so I had to call to get the date and time. A special thank you to Cindy Hale and Dawn Bishop, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Their genuine care and concern was much appreciated while decreasing my stress level.
