Very impressed!! Sarah Channell was able to make me feel comfortable. She listened to what I said and responded to questions. While being professional, she never showed arrogance that I have experience in the past. The entire visit was excellent from checking in until the end. Everyone was welcoming and positive. I highly recommend this office and everyone I interested with.
