The worst hospital to go to. Won't send you a bill. One time my husband went there had a fever of 103 and they told him to drink milk and we looked at them and said wouldn't that just curdle in his stomach and make him throw up. Then they were like oh yeah don't drink milk.
This is the worst hospital I have ever had to deal with. Not only is their medical staff below average the people in the billing, admin, and financial assistance departments are horrible. They treat people like trash. If your considering any care here I would reconsider. Especially if your in lower income because they are not willing to work with you.
Mary Rutan Hospital is THEE worst hospital on the planet. With the exceptions of a very, very few of the staff.. the workers there are awful!!!! They don't care one bit about patients! I would never go there if they weren't the closest to my home! The ambulance won't take me anywhere else! I have had 5 heart attacks, 3 strokes... and other health conditions!! This is the most horrible hospital in Ohio. The ER doctor I had this bad luck of getting last night refused to listen to me.. would not run appropriate tests, even when my husband and I begged him to! He tried to give me medication that I was allergic to.. he didn't even look at my allergies! I left the hospital with a blood pressure over 200/75.. My blood sugar 385. As I went to pay my bill, I told the later 2 motnhs to pay since I was behind 3 months. Well she took advatage of my money and took out more then I ask her too. I feel she needs to pay attention to the customer and not do what she feels like doing with the customer's credit carad
just had surgery on my arm, wrist and elbow, Dr. Anane-Sefah, at Mary Rutan, took a couple visits to get all the stiches out and i still think some are still in, without boring you with details from start to finish i ll just sum it up this way, i ve seen better organized bar fights. i ve canceled all follow up and will find another doctor and facility for all follow ups and further surgeries, lesson learned.
Mrs. A Ruble is extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm positive that I'm not the only one to complain about this woman. I don't know why people choose to work with other human beings and then act like we are bothering them when we need their help. Go somewhere else
Received care back in March from this facility. It took nearly three hours to receive the care I needed. Additionally, I've been battling a bill I fully paid back in April. They are demanding more money for an already paid bill that they failed to apply my insurance through, twice. Finally my insurance company got billed and they kept my money I paid in full. In addition, now demanding even more money and falsify a delinquent bill to a debt collector. Do not go here.
Horrible hospital! Dont go unless you want bad care! My family used to go with Mary Rutan to get taken care of and they will say the same thing!
