They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. As a new patient I felt rushed and waited in the lobby for at least 45 minutes then in the examination room for the same time. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. When I call to make an appointment the woman sounds so unhappy and depressed. Lets just say that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but I still don't know why the bones in my head are cracking and I am very uncomfortable with that situation.. The office was easy enough to find.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. All my questions were answered. The office was easy enough to find.
