This practice has been completely unresponsive since the Prime Healthcare take over. When you call to reach your physician you get a recorded message saying you will get a call back within 24 hours. I have left 4 messages over the last 5 days with no calls back. The patient portal disappeared without warning and there is no instruction online or anywhere else directing patients on how to contact their provider or access their medical records. If you aren't already a patient- avoid at all costs.
She is an excellent doctor. It has always been difficult to get in for appointments (whether it's yearly checkups or trying to get in for an illness...next to impossible). However, unfortunately since moving to Prime (instead of ascension), the office has been even less responsive, not returning calls, not allowing messages to be sent on MyChart, and overall not being patient friendly. It's really a shame because Dr. Peterson is the best.
DR Peterson is very knowledgeable and friendly She always takes the time to check in with me asking how everything is going and any changes in my health or life.
Excellent and caring Primary care Doctor.
