Mary was wonderful to work with. She understood our needs and likes and found numerous properties to review. We were based in Colorado during our house hunting and Mary made herself available based on our travel schedule. As well, her colleague Donna availed herself to us when Mary was out of town. We felt as comfortable with Donna as with Mary. A wonderful team. We highly recommend the Parsagian Group!!
Over the years, I have participated in 16 real estate transactions as both a buyer and seller. Mary is by far the most professional, polished, thouough agent I have worked with. We visited Grants Pass for 2 weeks in March and April, and in that time Mary showed us many houses within our chosen requirements, we found one, but it probably needed $100,000 in repairs, so that didn’t work out…….the negotiations went back and forth until after we returned home………finally when it was clear we were not taking this house, Mary went into “full action mode”.
