My son was evaluated by Mary Oakley around August 2024. We received a verbal diagnosis in October. She has yet to send over the diagnosis documents. I have stalled the IEP process because of this. I have called and emailed numerous times over the last few months. No replies. Finally received an email response in January. Mary said she tried to send it but it may not have gone through. Mary said she would send it promptly. Still haven't received it and it is now February. I would give zero stars for the eval/therapist/office.... read more
Very costly and does not deliver as promised. I would look elsewhere. Hope they refund my money because I never received the report from the evaluation they had three months to work on it. We Needed this evaluation to support my sons educational needs. I Feel like I got ripped off. Because I didn't get what I paid for.
