Mary is the kindest human being. She made me feel safe and supported since the first session. I learned valuable tools for practicing self-compassion and dealing with my transition process as an immigrant. Finding someone who can get you is hard, and I felt like she understood me. I highly recommend her service!
Mary is a caring, supportive and professional counsellor. She holds safe space and walks you through your healing process in a non-judgmental way. She is atuned to your innate wisdom and knowledge for taking care of yourself and supports you while you reconnect with it. Every time I see her I feel lighter and at peace.
