I decided to give her another chance I have had terrible experiences with her canceling on me no less than 4 times. I switched my kids to another place because of it. After 2 yrs I decided to give it another try I figured the staff that was rude was gone and surely I wouldn’t be canceled on. If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I went in almost two months ago for a new patient exam. Went over my allergy issues and Mary Morgan sent out a referral for me to see an ENT and they drew blood to start a food allergy test along with a couple other tests. It was been almost two months and I've heard nothing so I called today to check the status. Come to find out, the referral was never sent out and I got told that they didn't draw enough blood for the food allergy test even though that was the main reason for the... read more
I absolutely love this office and everyone who works there. They treat me and my children like family. Mary is amazing she is always so attentive to us and if my kids were sick they did everything they could to get us in quickly to be seen. Great care here from all staff members they are all so kind. If you are looking for a place for your family I highly recommend.
