Once in awhile you receive an unexpected kindness that knocks your socks off! We own and operate a small cottage business. Our cleaning company " Mary Moppins", from Norwich CT, is the cleaning company we have used for over a year now. They do a great job; on time, reliable, we are extremely pleased with their services . During the consultation, Mary came. She was lovely and she looked at my home and we discussed details of what I wanted cleaned etc. I asked specifically, if she would be the person cleaning my home. She is the owner and I wanted the owner, not a subcontractor. She stated it would be her. She contacted me a few days later to set up the initial deep cleaning ans said it would be her husband and his son. I said that would be ok. I could not rent my summer home without Mary Moppins and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is prompt, reliable, thorough, easy to deal with and all together wonderful. I just wish she could move to Washington for the winter so I could depend on her there too.
