I said yes to the dress with the help of the lovely Mercedes! She was so nice, professional, accommodating, and just a pure joy! I had an amazing time dress shopping with her help. (I will review again once the whole process is complete, but so far so good!)
had my first ever bridal appt. with Hope and she is so sweet and helpful. This was the BEST Experience not only trying on gowns but the customer service is top notch. They call to confirm your appt the day before, and they really try to get to know you on personal level far as what you like and how you are as a person :) Had another appt. at mon aime they did not call to confirm not only when showed up at my scheduled time it was not on the books. waited for an hour, tried on dresses, and their consultants rushed and pushed ... read more
My experience with Hope was absolutely wonderful...she is an honorary member of my family for life..she made you feel comfortable and she was just a pleasure to be around...she's genuinely nice and just a wonderful person...Hope is an asset to Mary Me Bridal and if you're looking for an excellent consultant, tell 'em Nicole recommended Hope :-)
